“To cure the dreary January, we held our very own Hawaiian Day- and what a day in paradise it was! As you walked into the dining room, which was filled with tiki lights, pineapples and palm trees, you were greeted with a smile and a colourful Hawaiian lei. From there, you sat down to enjoy a special Luau meal complete with exotic fruits, Volcanic punch, and Hawaiian Delight dessert, all the while listening to Hawaiian music. And as if that wasnt enough to warm up our day, a very special guest then rocked away our winter blues … ELVIS! Shakin and twistin in his white jumpsuit, Elvis had the staff and residents dancing in their grass skirts! Its a day well soon not forget! Thank you again to everyone for making it truly memorable.”
